Honest answer: no. Much of your success depends on you, and Wendy has been very successful with clients who do the work she guides them through. Wendy guarantees that she will work just as hard as you do, and you will finish sessions with a strong library of resumes, networking direction, and prospects if you are not already employed by then.

Can I cancel at any time and get a refund?

All payment terms, schedule, accepted forms, and refund or cancellation policies are spelled out in the client agreement clients receive when committing to work with Wendy. Wendy charges for time spent together and also spends time behind the scenes researching jobs, networking, and creating resumes, so full refunds are rare.

What if I disagree with what you're telling me?

That is completely okay. Wendy's job as a coach is to help clients stop repeating patterns that are not serving them while respectfully guiding them with kindness. She can share reference material to support her direction, works as a team with clients, and clients never have to comply with her suggestions.

What does company communication consulting look like?

Wendy spends time understanding goals and observing day-to-day operations, SOPs, and policies. With permission, she may run an employee survey or individual interviews. After that, she writes an assessment with observations and suggested fixes, then sets goals and a schedule to implement changes that build a thriving working culture.

How much does a presentation or workshop cost?

Each group is unique, so pricing varies. Clients can see the Services page for ranges. Wendy meets with clients to determine which service fits, builds a training plan and price quote, and works hard to fit an organization's budget.

Can you create a custom training for my organization?

Yes. The concepts and tools Wendy uses can flex into many formats, and she creates training tailored to what an organization is working to address. Custom training materials remain the property of Speaking Up With Wendy Baird Packard.
